I have metal oxide nanoparticles (TiO2, Al2O3 and SiO2) with layer of metal oxide film (Al2O3,SiO2) on the surface and cavities (1-2 nm), my goal is to deposit noble metal nano clusters into cavities which means they should be deposited on the nanoparticles instead of sieving layers.
