Can anyone suggest any workshops/courses (online or across Europe) in the field of Histology, Cell Biology?

I want to enroll in a course to improve my knowledge in these fields and the possibilities for research and publication. I am also interested in statistics in medicine, using different programs for morphometry on histological images. Also if there are software courses to measure or quantify different tissues (for example AmScope, which I uploaded a photo for), I would like to hear more about it. Thank you!
