Did you use it for IHC or for IF? I ask that cause in the data sheet they do not mention IF assays, and I would like to perform IF.

I did IF. I tagged the SP3 directly with fluorescence and developed the assay using the SKBR3/MCF-7 cells lines. However, the pathology lab that recommended the antibody typically runs IHC with a secondary. So both are applicable.
