Hi, I am using a Mach–Zehnder interferometer to obtain the wavefront produced by some lenses I am developing. Does any know any software that I can use to unwrap the phase? I have heard of DFTFringe, and OpenFringe but these ones seem to be specialized for mirrors.
I have attached an example of the interference patterns I am looking to solve.

Before unwrapping you have to extract phase from the interference pattern (IP)
It seems that your scheme is in-line therefore it is not enough to have only one IP.
You need to learn holography for this purpose.
Intelliwave fringe processing software is best as far I know for any kind of fringe pattern, it can unwrap the phase directly from the interferogram. No need to calculate the phase modulo 2pi first.
