This study could be useful, although the authors acknowledge that their chosen tool didn't do too well at recognising ASCs: http://www.ed.ac.uk/schools-departments/psychiatry/research/forensic-psychiatry/autism-prison-population
There is also Dougal Hare and Lorna Wing's study on autism in secure hospitals in the UK. Secure hospitals are a type of forensic unit to which people who have committed crimes can be sent rather than to other sorts of prisons. See: http://www.aspires-relationships.com/ASPIRES/_borders/public_html/ASPIRES/3hospitals.pdf
I'm actually working on an article on this topic at the moment but the work is on hold while I complete some other projects. Good luck with your research!
