I found more papers on lead oxide nanoparticles or lead sulfide nanoparticles, but I want to synthesise metallic lead nanoparticles.
Maybe you can use the synthesis protocol for the lead oxide nanoparticles and than perform a reduction using H2.
But, Can it be possible to use lead here in the above mentioned electro chemical synthesis method as lead has very low electrical conductivity?
Kalaiarasi, the formation of pure metal nanoparticles is much less common then metal oxides, but here is another paper which may help you out:
