I am trying to make the paste of materials like Sn02 and TiO2 for the application in perovskite solar cells. Can anyone suggest a binder which I can use for the same and has a degrading temperature below 150C?

Try EVA as it has melting temperature around 140-150C. Also, it is commercially using in Solar cell panels to bind the cell and the glass/backsheet.

I think melting temperature at 140-150 won't help. To the best of my knowledge, the degradation temperature of EVA is around 280 to 300C. I need degradation to be in the same range of 140-150C.

I checked the answers. They mention about using PVA but then again it has a degradation temperature above 200.
