With SAS you could just use the GLM statement, and according to how your data is organized, it should run the ANOVA. Otherwise, the ANOVA statement is PROC ANOVA.

I am not familiar with the Genotypic Coefficient of Variance.

My recommendation is that you check the SAS website for specific commands.

You can have many examples when you search the web about "PROC ANOVA EXAMPLES" or "PROC GLM EXAMPLES" when you have missing data.

simply you can use below procedure:

proc GLM;

clas (write your treatment names);

model (write your traits= write your treatment);

run;

according to your data you can use proc ANOVA or GLM or MIXED.
