Where did you learn about this strain. Contact the researcher, to find out whther he/she can share you the culture. If not find out if they have deposited it in any culture collection and try to procure it from there.

In India it has not been used as per my knowledge. Many other researchers outside India have used so i asked openly on ResearchGate.

Dear friend: Thats exactly what I am telling you to contact those people abroad and find out if they can send you a lyophilized vial. 

I have contacted many but most people response was no.

I am just curious: Why is this strain superior than other common-used Agrobacterium strain, such as LBA4404, GV3101, AGL1, EHA105, ....Thanks.

it is A. rhizogenes strain not A. tumefaciens.
