I need 3DS MAX Scripts or Blender Python Scripts for Facial expression Animation. Please share the links. I want to extend the existing work for research purpose.

For Blender, the scripts are already provided with the latest version. Now if the question is:"do you have a software where I could just import a video and the software will do the rest?", I´m afraid it is possible only with very expensive script.
However, motion capture is not complicate at all. Indeed, it is more easier than people think, especially for the facial animation. The most complicate is to get a fully rigged-ready-to-animate face, and MakeHuman provide you that. You just need to download MakeHuman, generate your human (body and face include), and import in Blender. The MakeHuman body is fully compatible with blender and it is fully rigged. Of course you will just focus on the face.
After that, you need to record some face with marker on it and do a little bit of motion capture.

With a little bit of work (I guess less than 1 or 2 days) and a little bit on search on YouTube (look for "motion capture face Blender"), it should work pretty well. I did know nothing about motion capture and I succeeded to make a first test in less than 4 hours. Enjoy!
