Can anyone recommend surface markers on wild-type HEK293 cells that are detectable by flow cytometry?

Hello everyone,

I would like to ask a few questions regarding my experiment on the HEK293 cell line, and I hope to receive some guidance:

I’ve read some papers reporting that N-cadherin and E-cadherin were detected by Western blot in HEK293 cell lysates. However, I couldn’t find any publications using flow cytometry to detect the expression of these two proteins. Does anyone know of any papers or data showing flow cytometry analysis of N-cadherin or E-cadherin in HEK293 cells? I’m particularly interested in knowing whether these proteins are surface-expressed.

I’m currently looking for surface markers or surface proteins on wild-type HEK293 cells that can be detected by flow cytometry. Could anyone kindly suggest or share known surface proteins commonly found on this cell line and are suitable for flow cytometric analysis?
