Is there a technique with good degree of accuracy, for measuring the conductivity of micrometer sized wires (10-20 micrometers of diameter)? The technique which I am currently using consists on two electrodes with clamps at the end, however the degree of accuracy I need is in the order of microOhms and I get variations of around 2-4 microohms for the same wire (probably due to contact resistances).

Thanks to everyone in advance
