Currently, I am working for a small company that is a cryptocurrency broker. A costumer can buy and sell bitcoins at this company. Please help me out here ;)
You could start with sales record plus a measure of productivity. The trouble with profitability, although useful, is that it could depend on monopoly position or restrictive practices. Reputation needs to given an operational definition. You then need to decide why you want to measure it.. Remember there was a time when Enron had a very high reputation and was very profitable. Check it out.
Alternatively you could also consider measuring CBBE - customer based brand equity. This will nicely capture what customers think about the brand from the marketing perspective.
The following scale has been cited over 1000 times. The scale is shown on the last page:
Yoo, B., & Donthu, N. (2001). Developing and validating a multidimensional consumer-based brand equity scale. Journal of business research, 52(1), 1-14.
If you want to use a mixed method, then you can consider our recent work as well:
Rahman, K., & Areni, C. (2016). The benefits of quantifying qualitative brand data: A mixed-method approach for converting free brand associations to a brand equity index. International Journal of Market Research, 58(3), 421-450.

The scale referred to is not amenable to traditional methods of verification.its title is far too esoteric to be particularly relevant to small companies.
A Real Estate based Client company can be measured by the square feet of real estates have introduced to the market right from the inception of the company to the date of scaling.
One may also consider the square feet of work they are currently in process.
A detailed comparison of the square feet of work wrt to the no of years the company is in presence for of ten companies can help you to benchmark the growth parameters and scaling slab.
I think if one can find a way to measure the gross product of the company and compare with the existing competitors one can prepare a scale to measure companies of any particular industry.
In this case a lot may be tied to the state of crypto and other complementary currencies - as a marketplace. Not so much to measure - but to build reputation, I hope your company is well represented in the reddit and Slack forums, as well as, say, Ethereum meet-up groups, etc. I'd say you don't want to be tied to Bitcoin in the collective mindshare (just my 2 penny's worth)
As you know, corporate reputation is a multidimensional construct. It is dificult to measure. I send you one scale, called "The Sunday Times Small Companies to Work for"
Employers assess their employers by the following metrics: Leadership - employee attitude towards top management. Well-being - the level of stress and the balance of work-life. Affiliation: The sense of the organization for which they workr. Return: To what extent the organization and its employees make a return to the local community and society as a whole. Personal Growth: Do employees feel business challenges and opportunities to grow in career and career.
Interesting company's activity. In recent months, there has been a weak economic situation for bitcoin trading. I wonder how this situation affected the finances of the company that deals in the trade of this cryptocurrency. Do you think the bitcoin market will grow in the coming years? Will bitcoin still be the main global cryptocurrency? I am asking because more and more companies, mainly from the financial sector, including some investment funds and investment banks, conclude financial transactions for bitcoins or other cryptocurrencies. Some investment banks create their own cryptocurrencies. What factors determine the change in the market situation, changes in the cryptocurrencies market, including the development of investors' interest in bitcoin?
