However, you are entering a quagmire: what characterizes a good paper or a bad one? I believe we all well know many bad papers. But from this till publishing it a global network, is a risk that needs to be very well assessed previously. Authors can enter up to legal representation ... good luck. A hug, Claus.

You are right. I do not want to get into legal trouble. I told the student that I had a lot of "bad" manuscripts that I had reviewed, but that if they had not been published, they remained the property of the author and so I could not share them with him. It was also suggested to me (by someone on a math ed listserv) that I look at low quality journals.

Why not write a bad one by yourself? After all, it's for good reason. No problems with copyright, tarnishing reputations et cetera. 

There are also papers published in journals without a formal system of reviewing or papers published in Conference Proceedings, and nowadays there are a lot of them with the pressure to publish at all costs.

The purpose of this list is not similar to that of the Mathematics Subject Classification formulated by the American Mathematical Society.
