I want to Buy High voltage Amplifier for hysteresis measurement of ferroelectric & piezoelectric ceramic
the required output voltage is 10kV and current 10 mA or grater
I had found ( Trek Model 10/10B-HS) but it's very expensive ( 9260 USD )
Now I am looking for High voltage amplifier which is cheap .
I do not think that you will find something cheaper.
If it's too expensive, it makes sense to revise the scheme of the experiment, for example, use quasi-static measurement mode instead dynamic one or use a samples with smaller thickness.
What are you going to measure d33(E) or P(E)?
Colleague Pavlenko gave you an important suggestion. It is difficult to find a cheap device with such parameters...

1) If you are making P-E hysteresis loop measurements.
Let us say at 50 Hz.
You can simple use a step up transformer, with the the required ratio, and use it for applying the field. At the input of the step-up transformer, you can connect a (variac/dimmerstat), and therefore if you vary the input, (0 to 200 volts), you will be to obtain a high voltage from the output of the step up transformer.
Be careful if you are using an osciollosope for the P-E measurements. Before applying the f\high fields, you an appropriate attenuator.
2) In case you are applying strain measurements,
I have seen in quite a few papers the use of bipolar Trek amplifiers available in different voltage ranges.

1- Now I am using transformer with variac as a high voltage source at 50 Hz only . but we are looking for an other frequency ( 0.1 Hz th 1 1kHz ) so we are looking for an instrument like function generator with the output of 10 kV and less than 80 mA .
2- for S-E there must be Laser vibrometer to convert strain to signal . and Trek amplifiers is high voltage amplifier but very expensive ( 10000$) . and I am looking for High voltage amplifier with price less than 3000$
Trek amplifiers have much better bandwidth than matsusada. We purchased one AMP unit and it even cannot go to 100 Hz.
we have used trek amplifiers at working conditions but with prices much lower than new Trek ~30%.
