I am looking for a full body plugin and marker set supporting VICON Nexus for sculling (Rowing) using concept 2. I am not very happy with the marker set by plugin gait as we lose the ASIS markers during the finish position.

How are you post processing your data? I have helped design a marker set for use with a rower using clusters and the Visual3d pelvis (iliac crest, head of femur, and psis).
No matter which set you choose to go with, you will want to trick the system when calibrating your model. Be sure to get the standard capture of the subject in an upright anatomical position for your static model pose. Then take a second calibration shot with the subject on the rower and knees bent to 90 degrees. Cut this image to a single frame, label it and then perform the model calibration. This will ensure that automatic labeling works properly for you.
