Actually, I am working over fiber glass reinforced polypropylene composites and I need some extrusion guide lines for compounding the latter said materials. Can anyone guide me in regards to this?

the best system for GF-PP is a TSE co-rotate/ intermesh with side feeder which side feeder located at 1/4 the end of the screws
the maximum screw speed for this system is around 600 rpm because hi speed system will reduce you Fiber L/D and the mechanical properties will reduce.
the screw element morphology is very important almost in degasing

Hi thanks for your kind interest in answering my question. Also I guess the MFI of the polypropylene is very important I read in a publication that the PP should be used with very low MFI such as 0.3-0.5 g/10 mins. Is it correct to use it?

@augusto this product is not useful for my purpose as i want to do extrusion and the product you mentioned is more specified for the moulding purposes.
