I am looking for a list of some potential referees with expertise info, institutional details and contact information (email address). They need to be referees for some well known journals reviewing works on CdTe, CIGS, and novel structured thin film solar cells. Besides, they must be internationally recognised as reviewers.

IF this is for a manuscript you want to submit in a Journa, I will suggest you scan through your references for the reviewers. Otherwise, search on the sciencedirect by typing the keywords, you will easily find authors publishing more articles on the same research. Look for authors that have published severally on the same or similar research areas indicating such author might be suitable as reviewer...so you can do that yoursel.
