as concerned with markers or hormones for association with cancer, there are a lot, wherein some are vaguely associated and some are exclusively associated with certain cancer. Like prostrate cancer has a particular marker whereas gastro-intestinal and cervix cancer don't. Those cancer where hormone and marker association is not clear than i think there are molecular techniques and karyotyping for the same.
Hormones associated with fertility and cancer, and recently discovered: I am not sure. But other molecular markers of that nature can be plenty. Markers for all testicular, ovarian cancers and cancers of reproductive glands are very likely to be associated with fertility. We are trying discovering new markers of that nature (fertility & cancer associated) using meta analysis of existing data sets and performing our own experiments (using microarray, NGs & mass spec approaches). But the context in which you are asking is not clear. Is this to choose a research topic or general curiosity..? If the question is more clear, may be I can make a few suggestions.
