1. To determine the building density, you must check local regulation. it's depend on the population, sometimes depend on the environmental load.
2. Street grid, each location has its own microclimate with different condition, the best way is trying the optimum model with different scenario (condition)
3. the more building the more temperature trapped, the less air circulation, which means rising heat intensity in the area
