 Dear Ruslan thank you for kind information. I have gone throw that website it really useful for my research. but most of the data sets are not atmospherically corrected. Will it affect the performance of supervised classification algorithms.

You can try ESA EO Campaigns data https://earth.esa.int/web/guest/campaigns. You have to register and submit your request but they have nice datasets including atmospherically corrected hyperspectral.

you can make use of E0-1 Hyperion data which available at free of cost. you can downloaded from earth explorer website.and better you incorporate envi5.1 or envi 4.8 or envi 4.7, using that software first preprocessing the data based on objective classify the data after following operation principle to  hyper spectral data using ENVI software.

Hi Ramesh. Myself Vishnu my study includes finding different materials in Hyperspctral data. can you please provide the data of hyperspectral image alone with ground truth information which you got from different website and if you have any code that helps for my research.
