Thank you Chloe. I am firmly land based (too many decades working in the arid zone). Also thanks to Arvind for the references, I did have the Iblean paper but happy to read through the Balearic Isl work. I am just researching opportunities to assist in land based herpetological work (i.e., trapping surveys, population studies, etc) to improve my knowledge of the animals/ecosystems and of the language.
