My client has been training with me for the last 10 months - weight has gone from 48kg - 64kg which has been lean muscle mass and strength has gone through the roof

She has been having issues over the last 4-6months with swollen itchy eyes - been on antibiotics etc etc and now has a diagnosis for Hashimotos.

From what I gather - as this is an auto immune disease, reducing inflammation in the body is key, avoiding excessive cardio (we do none) and keeping up with strength training is important.

She is now struggling to eat as she feels like she is putting on fat mass and her body composition is changing (so maybe some nutritional papers too?)

Its a rare disease so not able to find anyone to discuss with either
