I am not an expert concerning conformity, but I can suggest you a couple of questionnaires on anxiety. One is called State-Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI). It has two subscales of 20 questions each, one referring to trait anxiety, measuring how prone the person is to feel anxious, and the other to state anxiety, measuring how anxious the person feels in that moment. Additionally, you can also check out another related questionnaire, which measures worrying. Even though I think it is less used, it may still be interesting. My advice is to look through the M.Sc thesis submitted by Patricia S. Mantheiy to North Texas State University in 1969 "attached in the link below". It was an outstanding work, in my opinion, and it will help you in your research with respect to methods & scales.

My comment: A hasty person may think of conformity as a good attribute in all cases & may regard low conformity to be accompanied by a rise in anxiety leading to educational & social problems. However, one has to be careful before drawing conclusions that are not based upon scientific studies within a context of time & environment. Your research project is much needed wishing you success.
