I'm currently working on my dissertation, it relates to leader use of affiliative humor and aggressive humor. It seems hard to find jokes that are not directed to put down anyone and is able to create a good laugh. I need some examples of those type of jokes in my experiment, can anyone help, please?

You might find this discussion helpful; a few jokes are mentioned in the analysis. http://blog.idonethis.com/humor-in-the-workplace-productivity/ I guess the best category of humor in terms of items that for the most part aren't typically directed at people, thus avoiding belittling anyone in their content, would be puns. (But then again, people who don't have the wit to understand the puns -- or other kinds of humor -- would tend to feel "disaffiliated" when everyone else is laughing.)
The Reader's Digest website should be a good source of "clean" puns.
