Looks like a Scatopsidae.

Normally they feed on decaying material, but perhaps there are some parasitoids in the group.

I think Jean Michel Maes is right that it is a Scatopsid nematoceran. All species whose biology is known are saprophagous, the larvae living on plant and animal decaying matter. So it is unprobable that they are parasitoids.Something is atracting them. Dead decaying eggs?

 Hi David and thanks to all for the comments  I think too that it  is a Scatopsid fly. A total of 50 adults were obtained, each one from a single egg of Reduviidae . All were born at the same time, which is hardly likely to be a saprophagous species. There are other families of Diptera like Phoridae that are egg parasitoids of other insects, maybe this is an exception in the neotropics not yet documented.

maybe some saprophytic flies sometimes parasite on other species immature stages. It happened once that some flesh flies( sarcophagidae), that are known to be saprophytic, emerged from vanessa atalanta (lepidoptera) crysalis

I think Antonio Aguiar and Michel Maes are right that it is a Scatopsid nematoceran and is known are saprophagous, the larvae living on plant and animal decaying matter.

I did some searching of literature and found one paper/book that lists Scatopsidae as parasites of Leps, Rhegmoclema atrata, host was Acrobasis sp.

I did not read it but here is the citation:
