I agree on the identification of the insect in the photos 1-5 as a phorid (Diptera Phoridae, maybe of the genus Megaselia). As regards other photos (Hymenoptera Formicidae), in my opinion the photos 8-10 cannot be referred to carpenter ants (Camponotus), because the workers of these ants are more stout. A genus comprising synanthropic species whose workers are delicate, with very long and spindly antennae and legs, is Paratrechina. But the opinion of a systematic myrmecologist is necessary. Also a dimensional indication of the specimens could be useful.
