I am working on Drug-DNA interaction. For this study I have selected a platinated drug with DNA and I applied 2 layer ONIOM technique. For the platinum atom I used SDD and effective core potential. But when I try to feed this input in gaussian with enough memory, Job couldn't achieve. What could be the reason for this?

Dear Malte,
Thanks for your reply. Now i corrected that problem. The problem is just because of platinum . atom types of platinum was not generated automatically . So i added the hard first option and slightly modified the input.
