If you want to have a research based on IPCC AR5 projection, there is no need to downscaling GCM data, because they have been downscaled under CORDEX project. so I suggest you try this link:

then you could easily download dowscaled climate data under RCP scenarios.

I am going to downscale the CMIP5 scenarios with the study region historical data of my own. I have used MarkSIMGCM downscaled data before, but because MarkSIM has used another historical data for downscaling, the results was not proper. So I think the best way is to downscaled GCMs in accordance to my own historical data. I don't know am I right or not!

Yes. I have used the link you mentioned (MarkSim) to have a downscaled data of CMIP5 Models, but I think MarkSim and all other tools like that, downscale GCMs with a historical data of a data-set or a meteorological databse. This is while when I compared the historical data of MarkSim with data obtained form synoptic stations, there was a significant difference between then and this affect on the output of downscaling procees. So I want to downscale GCMs using my own historical data of synoptic stations.

You can use LARS-WG version 6. This version include CMIP5 GCMs (RCP Scenarios). LARS-WG6 is available from January 2018.
