I am currently working on optimizing a hybrid energy system. I completed the deterministic analysis and I got the optimal solution. For the non-deterministic analysis , I quantified the uncertainties then used Matlab for random sampling of the parameters and to generate the values of the objective function .
I need to know hot to carry out the sensitivity analysis in Matlab and how to generate Pareto diagram.

There are several books of design of experiments where several common routines of sensetivity analysis are implemented in MatLAB
For Pareto front, you can easily use the simulation tool named "multi-objective optimization". By defining the objective functions you can find the desired diagram at the end of process. Notably, this tool utilizes the genetic algorithm.
