The vivid kits for CYP450 inhibition is a fluorescence assay in which your compound of interest if it is a CYP inhibitor will reduce the fluorescence compared to your controls. But here even my controls are reading low RFUs and I do not know what to do. I urgently need some help. I am trying to use the Vivid kits from LifeTEch to determine some inhibition of some compounds. However, the flourescence readings are very low and I am looking for some trouble shooting suggestions. I have already increased the concentration of my enzyme and substrate and still have low readings. Can I get some urgent help?

Low fluorescence could be due to a problem with the fluorescence detector settings.
