I am building an NMOS using the devedit Tcad software in silvaco. I would like to know if there is a way to get IV curves using devedit or how to call the atlas function in devedit. Thank you

I make a textured structure in Devedit but when meshing it goes! I changed the min and max height and width several times but I couldn't solve it
