We are trying to isolate brain vessels from human necropsies through laser microdissection and we're having some troubles with the staining with leptin. Could anyone suggest an alternative staining suitable for this technique? Does anyone have had the same issues with this kind of samples?

we will try this staining. Do you know which preparation of the tissue is more appropriated for this staining?? I mean, can we use fixed/OCT-included tissue?

I only have used it in OCT-included tissues and it works perfectly. Sort!
