I want to test volunteers' psychological states before EEG recording for event-related P300 BCI. Can anyone sugest me generally accepted psychological test ? Thank you.
There is a book called "Tutorials in Event Related Potential Research: Endogenous Components: Endogenous Components" written by W. Ritter and A.W.K. Gaillard.
If the P300 is an auditory evoked response you can do a simple audition task to exclude any participants whose hearing might be impaired... Also could also use a Brief Mood Introspection Scale (BMIS) but i would think it ultimately depends on what you are doing.
In any case
