I am doing a Matlab/Simulink based simulation of Mathematical model of Dynamic induction motor. Everything is well except that I can't find the line to neutral voltage blocks Van,Vbn and Vcn in Simulink. Can someone please guide me on how to find these blocks. If these blocks does not exist, how can I model these blocks to use in my simulation? The snapshot of these blocks are shown in the attachment below.

If this sources are sinusoidal try to go to the sources bloc and choose Sine Wave.
Otherwise you can choose the sources you need even from a file (predefined values) or from workspace.

If the sources are non sinusoidal, go to simulink/sources/repeating sequence stair case. Choose the different amplitude with respect to time time and simulate.

From the diagram you showed, your sources are non-sinusoidal. Therefore, I advise that you follow the suggestion made by Mr. Ali, and if the sources you intend applying to your system are sinusoidal then, follow the suggestion made by Mr. Messini.

Use of Two axes Theory will be Suitable. Then the Shape of a,b,c Phases input need not trouble you. This is the Standard Way .
Give appropriate Phasor Values (Magnitude and Phase Angles) for the three phases in the three voltage source blocks.Whether balanced or unbalanced it makes no difference.

This paper presents a step by step Simulink implementation of an induction machine using dq0 axis transformations of the stator and rotor variables in the arbitrary reference frame. For this purpose, the relevant equations are stated at the beginning, and then a generalized model of a three-phase induction motor is developed and implemented in an easy to follow way.
