Do I need a MOSFET based diagram of LM2941 or ERROR Amplifier for the same?
The design is implemented in 180nm CMOS Technology by Cadence Virtuoso.
The problem faced is the false regulation and high drop in input voltage.
In need of a mosfet based circuit diagram of ultra low capacitor less Low Drop-out Voltage Regulator!
Low drop out linear voltage regulators are required for low losses of the regulated power supplies where the source of power is depleted or renewable. The main concept is to use low on resistance MOS transistors as a pass transistor and control its gate to source voltage through an error amplifier to operate it near the linear region..
