I need to analyze a population which samples contains offrpring and parental individuals whose sexes are unknown. Reporting to the "user's guide" provided in the colony package folder, I chose to follow the logic behind the example 4. I  successfully input all my data in the "New Project Wizard (Input an empirical dataset)" window (I trust the "data check completed, no apparent error detected!" message). But when I try to start the run, this message appears:

“The indicator should be 2/1 for Dioecious/Monoecious!

Errors in DATA. Insufficient data or incorrect format.

Please check DATA and format and then re-run the program

Program stopped in subroutine StopOnDataError”

I don't understand why the "0" value appears in the "ProjectInformation" file when I chose the "Dioecious" option in the "New Project Wizard (Input an empirical dataset)"window. It should be a "2" instead of a "0".

I already try to modify by hand the "ProjectInformation" file, save and reload the project with the new modified file but it doesn't work.

Can somebody tell me how to do?
