Can anyone help to compare different methods of preprocessing testing them on a biometrics database?

It is difficult to compare the methods because in each method the quality and content of image changes. That implies that each method does not have the same threshold (in database), please help me how I can do it and how to know which is the best method?

Lamis If you want to compare a preprocessing method with other you need to specify the metrics for the comparision, if you are going to compare using the verification process to see which method give you a better performance in therms of false acepted and rejected score and the error rate of each one then you need to run the test I told to find the treshold.
