The TEM image shows that there is aggregation of nanospheres . These nanospheres are uniformaly deposited on a thin film. But it is difficult to say about the single crystalline, nanocrystalline or polycrystalline nature of sample. Better to perform the HR-TEM analysis of your sample. moreover if you want to know the elements in your sample go for XPS analysis. it will give you oxidation state of each element as well as confims presence of elements in the sample.
