sorry for my ignorance, but could you please explain agrowaste ash as a reinforcement? Is the material you are looking at more of an MMC, or is it some kind of syntactic foam? See for comparison the use of (hollow) fly ash particles as reinforcement/filler in Al or steel matrix syntactic foams.

I used sugarcane bagasse ash and coconut shell ash to reinforce AA 6063 which as hybrid reinforcements and singular reinforcements. Enhanced mechanical properties were observed for virtually all the samples but i am having a little difficulty in using the micrographs to explain the mechanical behaviour.

first stage of discussion should include microstructure which shows reinforcement particles within the matrix.
second stage is physical properties, such as density, porosity...
third stage is mechanical properties, such as hardness and tensile strength.
The physical and mechanical properties of your composite should be discussied depend on SEM image of microstructure. To do this, you should have the comprehensive information with matrix, reinforcement and composite properties.
