What exactly do you want help for?

I want b2g4pipe.sh script and its property file. It is easily to generate all the graphs in command line option . No need to setting the proxy and all these stuff.

I made a blast2go tutorial as repository on bitbucket. You can download that script from there. https://bitbucket.org/upendra_35/blast2go.
