I have been trying to derive the State Space Model for Interleaved Converters. In the equation xdot=Ax+Bu , I have been getting the A matrix to be Singular. Because of this, the inverse of A cannot be found out. Can anyone tell me how to address this problem?

Hi Vamshi,
You are saying A is singular. This is very interesting. We should first check the controllability of the system by Rank of [B AB A^2B.....A^(n-1)B] matrix.
If system is not controllable then decompose it into controllable and uncontrollable matrices by selecting A invariant basis.
