I would start with the primers presented in

Park, Kwon-Sam, Takahiro Ono, Mitsuhiro Rokuda, Myoung-Ho Jang, Kazuhisa Okada, Tetsuya Iida, and Takeshi Honda. "Functional characterization of two type III secretion systems of Vibrio parahaemolyticus." Infection and immunity 72, no. 11 (2004): 6659-6665.

And possibly check the paper below also. Vibrio and Pseudomonas are both Gammaproteobacteria so there is a good chance that some of the genes outlined here will be present in Vibrio as well.

Your first suggested paper is discussing about mutant strains. I think in mutant strains DNA sequence is not same like normal DNA.

Actually i am looking such kind of primer that has discussed in your second suggested paper ..(Feltman, Heather, Grant Schulert, Salman Khan, Manu Jain, Lance Peterson, and Alan R. Hauser. "Prevalence of type III secretion genes in clinical and environmental isolates of Pseudomonas aeruginosa." Microbiology 147, no. 10 (2001): 2659-2669.). But this is for Pseudomonas aeruginosa. 

can you read the below paper just primer list section ? this paper represented T6SS .so, i am looking T3SS targeting primer for doing PCR and checking the presence of T3SS secretion gene in Vibrio parahaemolyticus .

I studied your suggested paper. May be there is no primer sequence which can help me to check the presence of T3SS secretion gene in Vibrio parahaemolyticus . 

can you read the below paper just primer list section ? this paper represented T6SS .So, i am looking T3SS targeting primer for doing PCR and checking the presence of T3SS secretion gene in Vibrio parahaemolyticus.
