My guess would be Eunicidae or Onuphidae. Examine the chaetae under the compound microscope. Both families have very characteristic hooded hooks and usually comb chaetae (the latter ones are sometimes hard to find).

To distinguish both families you need to examine the shape of the prostomium and the the base of the branchiae.
