I got this jelly fish in huge quantity while trawling off Kochi.
please match with the characters of Rhizostoma pulmo. Think first pic is from Veraval
My think is also Rhizostoma Pulmo(2,3 photos),Please upload very clear photos,this are requirement factors to identified kindly check no of tentacles,no of oral arms, sense organ shape and size.

Yes I Think is Rhizostoma pulmo, but the potos are not very clear.
It would be good if you included sub-umbrellar views too, anyways..
Rhizostoma pulmo is NOT an Indian Ocean species. Check for Rhopilema hispidum for the first one.
Check Lychnorhiza for the other two jellyfishes. By the way, L. malayensis was reported from India by Menon, 1930.
Two of the pictures, the jellyfish with the violet colour in the border of the umbrella in my opinion is Rhizostoma pulmo. The big Jellyfish with in the first picture is another species but this picture is not enough material for identification. Can you provide more pictures?

The jelly in third last picture looks like Drymonema to me, but it could be Cyanea.
The first one MAY be Cyanea nozakii, but the picture is not from A good angle and the oral arms are a bit inconsistent. The second and third are definitely rhizostomes, are NOT Rhizostoma pulmo, but are most likely a species of Lychnorhiza.
