i am working genetic diversity by molecular marker (ISSR) on tomato plants.

i use NTsys2.02 software to calculate some parameters in this filed. After constructing dendrogram, i dont know how to calculate bootstrap for that dendrogram.

so if possible, please help me to do this by this or any other softwares.

Dear Ahmad, try to use open source/free software for your analysis (for eg. PHYLIP).
