I have been performing Molecular Docking with GOLD Software and came across the option where "Templates" like,

Chemscore_kinase

Chemscore_p450_csd

Gold_folate)enzymes_VS

Gold_metallo_protease_gen_VS

Gold_nuclear_hormone_rec_VS

Gold_phosphodiesterase_VS

Gold_serine_protease_VS

Gold score p450

is being given .

Can anyone help me the importance of these templates and when to use ?
