Can anyone help me regarding PSIM simulation by microsoft visual C++ to run DLL block?

I have a file regarding calculation of r.m.s voltage in PSIM by using DLL block. I have installed microsoft visual C++ 2010. But I don't know how to use it & also where I can find programming to run DLL block. Please anyone help me regarding this problem. I have attached the PSIM file regarding r.m.s calculation.Helps in this regard will be highly appreciated.
