I am getting a high R square close to 0.77 in a fixed effect model with the given independent variables to be significant, random effect model is showing a very low r square as low as 0.15, yet Hausman test is suggesting Random effect model with the p-value of Hausman test coming close to almost 1? What shall I do? Can I take Random Effect model with so low R-square?
