Hope you all doing well. I want your kind help and favor in the interpretation of my AFM results. (in detail) Actually im new to this technique and i don't know exactly about the interpretation. Like how to say about the viscosity, phase image etc from the afm image. Can you please help me in this Shall be much much grateful to you. Waiting for a positive response from you.
Mehral Aslam Have you already generated AFM data for analysis? What kind of data do you have? Topographic image or force spectroscopy data or something else? You can try Gwyddion for analysis. http://gwyddion.net/download.php

One of the joys of AFM is that you get to learn and develop an understanding of the tool. Having someone else interpret the results for you seems like you might be doing yourself a disservice. There is a wealth of papers and books out there that lay out the interpretation of the data. I've listed probably the best paper on the technique. It covers a lot of the theory, applications and data insight. Below I've listed the first couple of steps I would take in making sense of the data.
Firstly, you need to layout your scanning parameters. Is this carried out in Contact, Tapping mode? How did you prepare your sample? Is it in solution?
Once you've laid out the set up for the experiment, you can start analysing the data and interpreting it in a relevant fashion to your experimental procedure.
Looking at the heightmap will tell you how much your cantilever has moved in the Z-axis and thus of any height difference of your sample. You can look at the Deflection Error to get an idea of the "texture" of your surface, although that is not strictly correlated depending on your sample and how you've prepped it.

Hossam Ibrahim its in tapping mode, sample(liquid sample) was prepared as thin film on slide. thank you for your promt responce.
Mehral Aslam In the case that the liquid sample was deposited on a thin film (your substrate), it it beneficial to obtain a scan of the substrate surface under liquid mode (with only the solvent of your liquid sample) to make a comparison and differentiate the features of the substrate and your liquid sample.
